About the role:
As Medical Departures Accounts Receivable Agent you are responsible for gathering Medical Departures revenues in LATAM and supporting our thriving company culture in LATAM. The Accounts Receivable Agent will work directly with Medical Departures' vast network of medical & dental clinics in LATAM to ensure timely receipt of appointment details & commission revenues.

Responsibilities:




- Billing (1‑15 days of the month), Collection (7‑22 days of the month), and reporting (daily update in dashboard & weekly status report) activities according to specified deadlines
- Monitor clinic & customer account details on XERO and aged AR reports for non‑payments, delayed payments, delinquent receivables, and other irregularities
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies by using XERO or any other system
- Review AR aging to ensure compliance with clinic contractual obligations
- Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records
- Develop and maintain medical and dental clinic relationships and communication via email, phone call or WhatsApp.
- Be available and ready for unexpected daily needs of the Medical Departures office and team members
