SRE – Site Reliability Engineer
We are currently seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).

Job Responsibilities
- Perform Level 1.5 support activities such as monitoring, deployment, and rollback.
- Monitor the efficiency of Azure cloud systems to prevent outages and initiate Incident Management bridges during outages.
- Troubleshoot Azure resources and expedite escalation to Level 3 (Software Development Team) when necessary.
- Coordinate with a 24/7 operations team; shift rotations may occur every month or every two months.

Required Knowledge & Skills
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure Cloud; Azure Fundamentals certification is idóneo or a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or a related field.
- Familiarity with PaaS and IaaS services: VMs, Storage, EventHub, Service Fabric Cluster (SFC), Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), CosmosDB, SQL Server, IoT Hub, Databricks, KeyVault, and Datalake.
- Knowledge of Internet of Things concepts: telemetry, ingestion, processing,



data storage, and reporting.
- Experience with deployment and automation tools: Octopus, Bamboo, Terraform, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub, and Ansible.
- Understanding of container orchestration platforms, particularly Kubernetes.
- Proficiency with scripting languages: PowerShell and Python.
- Insights into NoSQL and SQL databases and experience maintaining them.
- Experience with monitoring and logging systems such as LogAnalytics, Splunk, ELK, Prometheus, Nagios, and Zabbix.
- Independent thinker who identifies root causes and proactively implements fixes.
