Role Overview
The Talent Matching Consultant (Tech & Creatives Focus) is a hands-on, full-cycle recruiting role responsible for managing client searches from initial intake through final placement. In this position, you will work directly with startup founders and hiring managers to understand role requirements, source high-quality candidates, and guide the hiring process end-to-end.
