A Day in theLife
As a Product Technical Lead for Data, you will be a central figure in our O+O (Online + Offline) IT organization, shaping the technical direction of our data‑centric products.



You will guide a team of engineers to build and optimize the high‑impact data systems that power our general commerce strategy in New York, USA, or Mexico City, Mexico.
- Lead TechnicalDirection: You will guide the design and implementation of robust data architectures, pipelines, and systems, selecting the right technologies to meet business needs.
- Drive TechnicalProductOwnership: You will manage the technical roadmap and backlog within an Agile/Scrum environment, translating business objectives into clear technical priorities for the engineering team.
- Champion Excellence: You will foster a culture of high quality by conducting code reviews, setting performance standards, and mentoring engineers to elevate their skills.
- InnovateandCollaborate: You will work closely with cross‑functional teams in data science and business intelligence to explore emerging technologies and deliver impactful data‑driven solutions.
