We are looking for a "Hunter" who thrives on the road, excels at building relationships across multiple levels of client organizations, and understands how to translate complex operational capabilities into client value. We are seeking a high-energy, self-directed Outside Sales Representative to spearhead our market expansion. This role focuses on identifying, qualifying, and closing new business across multiple new business verticals. We are also looking for candidates who excel in collaborative environments.

What You’ll Do
- New Business Development: Identify and aggressively pursue new B2B opportunities within target verticals (e.g., CPG, Food & Beverage, Manufacturing, Retail).
- Full Sales Cycle Management: Lead the entire consultative process from initial prospecting and cold calling to on-site facility tours, proposal development, and final contract negotiation.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with internal Operations and Pricing teams to engineer scalable, profitable logistics solutions that solve specific customer pain points.
- Strategic Networking: Build and maintain a robust pipeline within our CRM, representing the brand at industry trade shows and networking events.
