Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing activities to meet production, quality, safety, and delivery targets.
- Plan and review production work orders, determining labor, material, and time requirements to support efficient execution.
- Ensure equipment and machinery are in proper working condition, partnering with maintenance teams to address preventive and corrective needs.
- Confirm materials are available at the production line and resolve material flow issues in collaboration with materials and scheduling teams.
- Verify completed work orders are properly assembled, packed, quality‑approved, and accurately recorded in the system for shipping or warehousing.
- Provide direct leadership to operators, supporting adherence to assembly and testing procedures, work instructions, and quality standards.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives alongside Manufacturing Engineering to enhance efficiency, safety, and product quality.
- Support root cause analysis for safety incidents and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain a safe,



organized, and compliant work environment by promoting safety awareness, training, and environmental stewardship.
- Manage employee time and attendance through electronic systems and support fair, accurate payroll processing.
