What You'll Do:
As a Bilingual Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our clients’ pre‑employment screening process. Your responsibilities will include delivering accurate and reliable screening results, helping our clients create safer environments for their employees, customers, and partners.



Your attention to detail and drive to complete tasks will be essential in ensuring the quality and integrity of the screening process.
- Individual must be Bilingual in Spanish & English (verbal and written)
- Location: Position based in our Mexico City office (Polanco, CDMX)
- Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm CST

Responsibilities:
- Handle verifications for some of our high‑profile clients.
- Know customer SOPs and FADV systems
- Verify candidate details including current and previous employment, education, professional licenses, certifications and references.
- Contact companies and educational institutions to verify candidate-provided information.
- Communicate with third parties such as employers, schools, state boards, and online databases to verify information.
