OverviewCONSULTFIZ LATAM, a wholly owned subsidiary of Confiz LLC, seeks a Senior Full Stack Engineer based in Mexico with strong experience building scalable enterprise applications across modern Java and JavaScript ecosystems. This role thrives in collaborative, fast‑paced environments and focuses on solving complex operational and logistics challenges through technology. You will work closely with U.S.‑based engineering teams, product managers, business stakeholders, and globally distributed contractors to design, develop, and support mission‑critical solutions in logistics and inventory management domains such as Outbound Logistics, Reverse Logistics, Inventory Adjustments, and Inventory Counting. The adecuado candidate combines full‑stack expertise with cloud‑native engineering practices, observability, automation, and distributed systems knowledge, and participates in production support and platform modernization initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full‑stack applications using Java, JavaScript, React, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs.
- Build reusable frontend components and ensure high performance, responsiveness, and seamless user experiences across platforms.
- Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and integrations supporting enterprise logistics and inventory workflows.
- Write automated tests, troubleshoot defects, and optimize application reliability and maintainability.
- Collaborate closely with engineering peers, product managers, QA teams, and business stakeholders in Agile development environments, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, standups, and retrospectives.
- Mentor junior engineers and support best practices around code quality, testing, and software design.
- Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and observability solutions using tools such as New Relic and Splunk.
