This job will entail a wide variety of work supporting LATAM Legal Team.

Key Responsibilities
- Be an active and commercially minded business partner to the LATAM Teams to continually identify strategic opportunities in intelligent risk‑taking. Impeccable business and risk management judgment and ethics.
- Serve as primary point of contact for all legal matters within assigned business unit or area.
- Negotiate, draft, and review an extensive range of contracts for assigned business unit or area.
- Review marketing collateral, pricing and promotional materials for compliance with all applicable laws and policies.
- Counsel, advise and train on general corporate legal matters within assigned business unit or area.




- Ensure compliance with contract management process and other company policies and procedures.
- Supervise, develop and mentor junior staff in legal department.
- Collaborate with global legal team to ensure consistency, efficiency and sharing of best practices.
- Conduct legal research and assist in other legal matters as and when needed.

- Provide Compliance and privacy training.
- Collaborate with members of LATAM Legal Team to analyze and advise business on complex legal/compliance issues that arise out of its LATAM operations.

- Structure and negotiate complex transactions, oversee outside counsel, and coordinate management of litigation.
