Responsibilities
The LATAM Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth for Hamilton products across Brazil, Rest of South America (ROSA), and North Latin America (Mexico, Central America and Islands). This role leads regional sales execution through subsidiaries and distribution partners and reports to the Director of International Sales. The position is ideally based out of the Brazil subsidiary.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute sales strategy for all Hamilton products across the LATAM region.
- Coordinate sales activities and projects spanning Robotics and Storage solutions.
- Develop and implement annual regional business plans and sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct annual business reviews and monitor performance against objectives.
- Set objectives and provide leadership, coaching, training, and performance management for direct and distributor sales teams, support and coach regional sales managers.
- Review sales opportunities and pipeline activity weekly using CRM systems (HubSpot).
- Develop dashboards, performance metrics, and management reports.
- Define key account strategies, customer profiles, and action plans.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and headcount planning for the sales organization.
- Evaluate sales performance and recommend organizational improvements.
