Responsibilities

- Filtering resumes and conducting initial candidate selection.
- Reviewing and validating documentation for new hire candidates.
- Assisting with photo taking, badge printing, and fingerprinting for new hires.
- Providing employee assistance, including distributing cafeteria tickets, assigning lockers, and supporting transport route assignments.
- Participating in pre-selection interviews with HR personnel.
- Preparing documents and welcome kits for new employees.
- Coordinating induction and training sessions, including room reservations and coffee breaks.
- Ensuring new employees complete orientation forms.
- Updating and maintaining the employee database for Snappy gift seniority awards.
- Managing employee files and documentation.
- Collaborating on internal communication management, such as bulletin boards, WhatsApp, and flyer design.
- Supporting new hire contract signing and renewals.
- Participating in specific HR department projects,



such as implementing new personnel management systems.
- Engaging in HR continuous improvement projects.
- Writing and sending internal communications.
- Managing newsletters.
- Supporting the planning and execution of internal meetings and events.
- Participating in employee satisfaction surveys and analyzing results.

Qualifications

- Student in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
- Basic knowledge of Human Resources. (Desirable)
