Position: Warehouse Supervisor

Company Industry: Logistic company

Salary Offer: Php 25,000- Php 35,000

Work Schedule: Mon- Fri, Sat (halfday)

Job Requirements:

- bachelor's degree holder
- With at least 3-5 years of experience as warehouse supervisor.
- With atleast 1-2 years of experience in Team lead or supervisory
- Can attend face to face interview is a big advantage

Responsibilities:

- Supervise, train, schedule, coach, and motivate warehouse associates, ensuring tasks are assigned effectively and performance is monitored.
- Coordinate all inbound (receiving) and outbound (shipping)



logistics, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate stock levels through regular cycle counts, physical inventories, and resolving discrepancies.
- Enforce strict safety standards (like OSHA), security protocols, and company policies to ensure a secure and compliant environment.
- Analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement changes to optimize productivity and reduce costs.
- Measure and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to management.
