**About the Team**
**_ Key Responsibilities:_**
- **_Compensation Strategy & Survey Design:_**_ Update, develop, and benchmark salary ranges, structures, and total rewards programs (both fixed and variable short-term incentives) aligned with the organization's regional business objectives._
- **_LATAM Operations & Governance:_**_ Oversee particular regional practices, including Profit Sharing programs and inflationary adjustments/salary._
- **_Change Management & Education:_**_ Lead the execution and delivery of information materials, workshops,



and training to educate leaders on performance review cycles and total rewards strategy changes._
- **_Job Architecture:_**_ Perform organizational design and position evaluations (using integral methodologies) to maintain equity and structural consistency across global technology structures._
- **_Data-driven Analytics:_**_ Leverage People and HR KPIs (turnover, compensation cycles, survey outcomes) to generate actionable insights and structured reporting for the executive leadership team._
**_What we are looking for (Mandatory Requirements):_**
- **_Solid experience_**_ inside global compensation teams, with an outstanding track record in _**_Tech Companies, Startups, or Fast-paced environments_**_._
- _Proven exposure and practical knowledge handling compensation structures in _**_Latin America countries_**_ (primarily _**_Mexico and Argentina_**_)._
- **_Language Proficiency:_**_ _**_Advanced/Fluent English and Spanish_**_ are mandatory for daily interaction, global document drafting, and comity meetings._
- _Advanced capabilities in financial modeling and analytical tools (Excel/Google Sheets formulas)._
