We are looking for high performing appointment setters who are serious about results, consistency, and earning potential. We’re expanding our team of professionals who understand performance metrics, take ownership of their numbers, and execute at a high level every day. What You’ll Do:
- Handle live prequalified transfers from outbound cold callers
- Engage homeowners, build rapport quickly, and convert conversations into booked appointments
- Follow a structured framework while maintaining a natural and confident delivery
- Qualify prospects and ensure all required information is collected accurately
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM PST
- Monday to Friday: 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM PST
- Tuesday to Saturday: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM PST
Compensation:
- 285 USD weekly base pay
- 5 USD per sit
- 60 USD per close
- Monthly top performer prize

- Fluent and polished English with clear, articulate, and confident communication
- Strong phone presence; professional, not scripted
- Proven experience in appointment setting, sales, or call center environments
- Results-driven mindset focused on performance metrics and conversions
- Coachable and adaptable; able to implement feedback quickly
- Ability to stay composed and effective in a high-volume environment
