A Day in Your Life at MKS This role would need to assist ocasionally to Nogales Plant A Day in Your Life at MKS: As a Senior Network Engineer at MKS Inc, you will partner with internal teams to support and maintain the company’s network and data communication systems across integral operations. In this role, you will report to the Senior Manager, Network Engineering. You will make an impact by: Supporting the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise networks, including AWS and Azure connectivity Assisting with network upgrades, performance optimization, and capacity planning Supporting firewall operations including Palo Alto and Fortinet Deploying and maintaining Aruba wired and wireless network solutions Monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving network issues across global environments Collaborating with teams to support project delivery and operational improvements Travel Requirements Up to 25% of travel is required. Ability to work from the Nogales Mexico Manufacturing location as required to complete onsite engineering requirements. Skills You Bring Associate degree or technical certification in a computer-related field 5+ years of experience in networking technologies Experience with routing, switching, and enterprise network environments Knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing protocols, and VPN technologies Hands-on experience with firewalls such as Palo Alto or Fortinet Experience with DNS, DHCP, and IP addressing Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate effectively across teams Preferred Skills Experience with AWS and Azure networking Familiarity with Aruba networking technologies Experience with monitoring tools such as Solar Winds Basic knowledge of authentication protocols (RADIUS, TACACS+, 802.1 X) Supervisory Scope Reporting Relationships: No direct reports.
