This is a client-facing role responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of high-volume, fast-turnaround content adaptation and production projects across digital, social, video, display,, CRM,printand OOH channels The successful candidate will act as thecentral pointof coordination between clients, creative teams, productionteamsand external partners, ensuring projects are delivered accurately, efficiently and on schedule. The role requires excellent English language skills and experience managing multiple concurrent projects within a fast-paced content production environment. The individual will be highlyorganised, detail-orientedand comfortable balancing competing priorities whilemaintainingexceptional client service. Whilst client stakeholders are primarily based in North America, the Project Manager will work closely with ICP's global studio teams and cross-functional partners to ensure seamless project delivery. The successful candidate will understand how creative work moves through modern content production workflows, from briefing and planning through design, review,approvaland final delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end management of high-volume content adaptation and production projects, ensuring delivery on time, on budget and to the highest quality standards.
Act as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, building trusted relationships and proactively managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Receive,interpretand manage incoming briefs, ensuring requirements, specifications,timelinesand deliverables are clearly understood and communicated. Manage project workflows through Airtableand other workflow platforms,maintainingaccurateproject information, deliveryschedulesand status updates throughout the lifecycle of each project. Create andmaintainproject trackers, deliverable lists, productionschedulesand client-facing timelines. Coordinate internal and client meetings, ensuring actions, owners and deadlines are clearly documented and communicated. Brief internal creative, design and production teams on project requirements and priorities, ensuring a clear understanding of deliverables and deadlines. Work closely with teamsoperatingin Figma-based workflows, ensuring briefs, feedback,approvalsand deliverables move efficiently through the production process. Coordinate review and approval cycles through Ziflow, ensuring feedback is accurately captured,consolidatedand communicated to relevant teams. Facilitate day-to-day communication with clients and stakeholders through Slack,emailand virtual meetings. Anticipate,obtainand communicate feedback, proactivelyidentifyingrisks and driving solutionsthrough tocompletion. Ensure all creative work is delivered accurately and in line with applicable brand guidelines,specificationsand technical requirements. Perform quality control checks throughout the project lifecycle, reviewing creative output, copy, file naming conventions,specificationsand delivery requirements. Manage version control, revisions, re-deliveriesand approval updates across multiple concurrent projects. Oversee final asset delivery through client delivery platforms, ensuring all deliverables areaccurate,completeand submitted on schedule. Maintainorganisedproject structures,
asset libraries,templatesand workflow documentation to support operational efficiency and project continuity. Track estimates, budgets,reconciliationsand invoicing whilemaintainingaccurateproject financial records. Provide regular project and financial reporting to studio leadership. Identifyopportunities to improve workflows, enhance clientserviceand drive operational efficiencies. About You You are ideally coming from a production agency, content operations, entertainment,mediaor digital marketing environment. You have experience managing high-volume content production,adaptationor campaign deliveryprogrammesand thrive in fast-paced environments whereorganisation, accuracy and attention to detail are critical. You are comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously and can confidently balance changing priorities whilemaintainingexcellent service levels. You understand modern content production workflows and have experience working with platforms such as Airtable, Ziflow, Slack, and similar collaboration tools. You do not need to be a designer, but you are comfortable working alongside teams using Figma andunderstandhow creative work moves through design, review,approvaland delivery stages. You are confident managing client relationships,facilitatingdiscussions and solving problems whilemaintaininga calm, professional and solutions-focused approach. You have excellent communication skills and are comfortable working across geographically distributed teams and stakeholders. You are proactive, commerciallyawareand continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, servicedeliveryand operational effectiveness. General Must have excellent English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with international colleagues,clientsand stakeholders. Strong skills in Power Point, Exceland Word. Experience working with content operations and workflow platforms such as Airtable, Ziflow, Figma, , Smartsheet, Slack, Teams and Asanaishighly desirable. Strong understanding of digital content production and campaign delivery workflows. Excellentorganisational, planning andprioritisationskills. Strong attention to detail andquality-controlmindset. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong teamplayer with a collaborative approach. Able to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
