**General Summary**:
Job function of Project Analyst (PA) is assist with various activities including administrative tasks, internal process handling and workflow tracking.
Data Collection & Preparation
- Collect data from multiple sources (databases, spreadsheets, APIs, surveys)
- Clean, validate, and preprocess data to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Identify and resolve data quality issues (missing, duplicate, or incorrect data)
- Define data requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
- Travel Support- Create travel plans, book flights, hotels, visa for travelers
- Prepare timely expense reports Planning Spreadsheets
- Create and update records in internal log of meetings and attendance Travel
Booking and Expense Reports
- Memberships and Payments- Create and track workflows using internal procurement system.
- Record and track invoices and payments. Follow up with accounts payable as needed Editorial Tasks
Other Administrative Tasks
- Maintain and update presentation templates as needed
- Update policy and other documents as needed Meeting Tracking




- Create and update various spreadsheets to track project metrics Monthly reports and homepage updateGenerate monthly reports for review Support other assistants and take on other tasks as needed.

**Requirements**:
- 2+ years experience in Project analysis and/or Administration including:
- ChatGPT or equivalent, Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Proactive, self-motivated, strong organizational skills
- Strong team player
- Experience with using SharePoint and Salesforce is a plus
**Education Requirements**
- Bachelor's, Business Administration or equivalent experience
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
OR
Associate's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of relevant work experience.
OR
High School Diploma or equivalent and 4+ years of relevant work experience.
