We are currently seeking an experienced SAP professional with a passion for customer service, outstanding analytical skills and a desire to be part of a winning team. This individual will be an innovator and an outside‑the‑box thinker – willing to challenge norms and break through paradigms to maximize customer value.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in pre‑sales activities (RFP responses, Client Discovery, Demo Preparation and Delivery)
- Assist SD competency lead in QA checks on SD implementations
- Work with SD competency lead to drive improvements in Syntax SD intellectual property and delivery capabilities
- Take lead in design of complex SD enhancements and/or extensions to standard SAP
- Provide functional and architectural guidance to teams designing leading‑edge solutions in the SD space (e.g. Mobile solutions,



Business Intelligence)
- Strong oral, written and interpersonal skills

Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 full life‑cycle implementations of SAP
- 10+ years of SAP experience
- 3rd party ordering
- International trade (optional)
- Intra‑stat (optional)
- Ability to work in the US and Canada
