Bachelor's Degree on Engineering or related

3+ years of production supervisor, process/manufacturing engineering or equivalent leadership position

English (advanced)

Ability to effectively manage a staff of 20+ employees

Project management and presentation skills

Demonstrate functional knowledge and understanding of manufacturing operations

Knowledge of basic geometric dimensioning & blueprint reading measuring techniques

Knowledge of Quality Systems & Standards
