**Position Overview**
We are seeking a highly experienced Graphic Designer with a refined eye for typography, layout, and visual storytelling. This individual will play a key role in bringing books from manuscript to finished product, ensuring every title meets the highest standards of design excellence and production quality.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and produce interior layouts and creative cover designs for books across multiple genres, ensuring each title has a strong visual identity
- Conceptualize and develop advertising campaigns and promotional graphics that support book launches and marketing initiatives
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strict quality control and meeting production deadlines
- Oversee image selection and placement, typography, color correction, and all graphic elements
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to layout, fonts, file setup, and print specifications
- Ensure brand consistency and adherence to established house style guidelines across books and marketing materials
**Qualifications**
- Minimum of three years of professional experience in book or magazine design within a publishing environment




- Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop
- Extensive knowledge of print production processes, file preparation, and color management
- **100 percent fluent in English, with excellent writing and speaking skills**:
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality

- Experience working with high-volume publishing schedules
- Ability to interpret manuscripts and translate narrative tone into compelling visual design
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight production deadlines
