Position: Shipping Customer Assistant | Shipping Coordinator -CSR | Shipping Customer Support | Logistic Customer Specialist

Industry: Japanese Shipping and Cargo Firm

Work Schedule: Fixed Day shift (8am to 5pm only)

Work Setup: Onsite

Salary Range: Php 18,000 - Php 25,000

Job Requirements:

- Bachelors Degree holder of any course , open to undergraduate.
- With or without experience are encourage to apply.
- Willing to undergo training.




- Willing to work using emails and calls with customers.
- Amendable to work onsite.
- Amendable to attend face to face interview.

Job Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary customer contact for shipping-related inquiries
- Provide order status updates, delivery confirmations, and shipment tracking information.
- Arrange and coordinate domestic and international shipments with carriers and freight forwarders
- Prepare and verify shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs paperwork
- Monitor shipment schedules and track deliveries to ensure on-time arrival
- Resolve shipping issues, delays, damages, or discrepancies with carriers
