Position: Customer Service officer- logistic

Salary Offer: Php 20,000- Php 25,000

Work Schedule: Mon- Fri, Sat (halfday)

Work Set Up: work on site

Job Requirements:

- With at least 1-2 years of experience as customer service.
- With at least 1-2 years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding company.
- Can attend face to face interview is a big advantage

Responsibilities:

- Ensure customer needs and expectations are met,



driving high satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Consistently meet or exceed customer expectations to strengthen customer trust and retention.
- Support streamlined processes that reduce errors and improve overall productivity.
- Deliver excellent customer service to distinguish the warehouse from competitors.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
