Job Description
Responsible for ensuring compliance with process parameters (setup) and the release of the first tire in regular production.
Coordinate and monitor the introduction of ETOs and SOPs into production within the Vulcanization Department.
Analyze and manage defects identified in first-fit tires in order to establish and implement corrective and preventive actions.
