What You Will Do: Design, develop, and produce high-quality digital learning solutions, including Computer-Based Training (CBT), e-learning courses, simulations, and multimedia learning assets (video, audio, graphics) for asynchronous learning environments.
Develop instructional strategies for digital learning by applying effective instructional design methodologies to transform instructor-led content and technical documentation into engaging, interactive learning experiences.
Ensure the development and revision of digital learning solutions follow the complete instructional design lifecycle while adhering to industry quality standards and UX/UI best practices for digital learning.
Monitor training performance, collect learner feedback, evaluate course effectiveness, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Build strong partnerships with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather technical knowledge and translate complex information into clear, engaging digital learning content.
Proactively identify, resolve, and elevate technical or instructional design challenges that could impact project timelines or course deployment.
Stay current with emerging learning technologies, artificial intelligence applications for learning, authoring tools, and multimedia trends to continuously enhance digital learning experiences.
Ensure compliance with corporate information security, data privacy, and training platform standards when developing and managing digital learning content.
Qualifications You Must Have: Typically requires a University Degree and less than 2 years prior relevant experience.
Demonstrated experience designing and developing Computer-Based Training (CBT) solutions.
Experience designing interactive digital learning solutions that incorporate visual design principles, intuitive user interfaces (UI),



and learner-centered user experiences (UX).
English proficiency: Intermediate (approximately 70%).
Qualifications We Prefer: Previous experience as a Digital Learning Designer, E-learning Instructional Designer, or CBT Developer, with demonstrated experience creating interactive digital learning solutions.
Hands-on experience developing e-learning content using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, applying instructional design methodologies including ADDIE and/or SAM.
Experience producing and editing multimedia learning assets, including video, audio, graphics, animations, and other digital content to enhance learner engagement.
Proven ability to manage multiple digital learning projects, prioritize competing deadlines, troubleshoot technical challenges, and deliver high-quality learning solutions in a dynamic environment.
Experience collaborating with technical teams and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate complex information into effective, user-centered learning experiences while adapting to evolving business needs and technologies.
