We are an international beauty brand distribution and digital commerce company focused on growing brands in the Mexico market. We specialize in TikTok-driven content marketing and e-commerce expansion with a lean operational structure.

Responsibilities

- Assist in managing and publishing TikTok content
- Coordinate video materials with editors
- Track performance metrics (views, retention, conversions)
- Support livestream preparation and product briefing
- Prepare weekly performance reports
- Monitor competitor accounts

Qualifications

- Familiar with TikTok platform
- Interest in beauty or e-commerce
- Basic understanding of performance metrics
- Fluent Spanish & English preferred
- Strong execution and learning ability. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,



solve problems effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

KPI & Compensation Structure

- Base salary: 15,000–18,000 MXN
- Performance Bonus Structure:
- Monthly account views target achieved (e.g., 300,000 views): 2,000 MXN bonus
- Livestream support contributing to 200 orders/month: 2,000 MXN bonus
- 100% content publishing completion: 1,000 MXN bonus
- Additional 3%–5% commission on net profit beyond target
- 3-month probation period
