Responsibilities

- Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on complex equipment
- Replace faulty components or parts as needed
- Test and calibrate equipment to ensure proper functionality
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers
- Document all service and repair activities accurately and timely




- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Maintain accurate records of service activities and report on repair status and outcomes.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and cost reductions.

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in service and repair of technical equipment
- Strong technical knowledge and hands‑on experience with repair and maintenance
