Position: Archivist (Nuevo León, Mexico)

We are seeking a committed Archivist to join our team and contribute to the organization and preservation of valuable records.

Compensation & Work Schedule

- Monthly salary: $12,504 MXN (gross, weekly paid via Banorte)
- Fixed hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am – 6 pm
- Direct hire; job stability and benefits

Responsibilities

- Classify, organize, and safeguard physical and digital documents.
- Control and manage records, ensuring order and easy document retrieval.
- Scan and digitize archival files.
- Verify correct classification and labeling of documents.
- Assist in the transfer and handling of archival materials such as boxes.

Qualifications

- Strong organization skills and attention to detail.




- Ability to maintain order and classify large volumes of documents.
- Team-oriented with good communication.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in document management, filing or digitization (recent experience preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree completed.
