Economic Scheme - Initial Phase (First 3 months)

- $8,892.30 monthly (Biweekly payments)
- Guaranteed bonus of $3,000 monthly (payment at the end of the month)
- Punctuality and attendance bonus: $500 monthly

From the 4th month

- $8,892.30 monthly
- Punctuality and attendance bonus: $500 monthly + $1,000 quarterly

- Bonus for completed five-year periods
- Food vouchers: 10% of base salary ($889.23)
- Bonuses for coverage of Sales: $3,000 + 1% commission if you reach 100%

Business Hours

- Monday to Friday: 9:00 am to 6:30 pm
- Saturdays: 9:00 am to 1:00 pm

- Education: Completed high school
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in promotion and sales
- Management of Office suites
- Gender: Indistinct

Main Responsibilities

- Technical and commercial advice to clients
- Field sales strategies
- Negotiation with clients and distributors
- Placement of products and promotional materials
- Training for clients and store staff
- Sales reports and results monitoring
- Database management and business relationships
