TEAM LEAD wanted for SOLAR CAMPAIGN. ON-SITE in Zona Río, Tijuana (BEHIND CANACO)
We are seeking a motivated individual with a 100% sales profile (not customer service) to join our solar energy campaign as a leading team lead.
What we offer: Weekly pay: $5,000 the first month
Goes up to$5,500 after 30 days
Commissions (shared on interview)
Above-law benefits
Monday - Friday
Requirements: Supervisor OR Team Lead experience on a sales campaign is A MUST
Strong sales background with proven experience.
Good PC skills: Outlook Calendar, Microsoft Teams, Word, and Excel (to manage controls, tracking, and follow-ups)
