**Position Summary**:
Support the Sales department by coordinating RFQ activities, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring timely execution of commercial activities. The role combines sales, customer communication, and project coordination within a plastic injection molding and tooling manufacturing environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities and support growth within existing customer accounts.
- Follow up on leads, quotations, and customer inquiries.
- Coordinate RFQ activities and ensure all customer requirements are properly communicated and tracked.
- Coordinate with the Sales team to monitor RFQ progress and support issue resolution or escalation when required.
- Review quotation packages received from the Sales team for completeness and accuracy before submission to customers.
- Maintain CRM, sales pipeline, and sales reports.
- Assist in preparing customer presentations and commercial documentation.
- Support trade shows, customer visits,



and business development activities.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, project coordination, or manufacturing.
- Experience in plastic injection molding manufacturing or related is preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Microsoft Office.
- English proficiency (written and verbal) required.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.

- New business opportunities generated.
- RFQ activities completed on time.
- Quote review accuracy and on-time customer submissions.
- Customer response time.
- CRM and sales pipeline accuracy.
- Contribution to sales growth and customer satisfaction.
