The RoleAs a Culture & Communications Intern, you will support the development and execution of Clarios’ employer branding and corporate brand strategy through digital channels. You will be responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms to increase visibility, strengthen brand positioning, and attract new talent aligned with our values and culture.## What You’ll Do (Impact Areas)### Social Media Strategy & Content Planning* Develop a structured content plan (grill) for Facebook, Instagram, and Viva Engage aligned with employer branding and corporate communication objectives.* Coordinate monthly and quarterly content calendars with HR, Communications, and business stakeholders.### Content Creation & Production* Generate multimedia content including photos, videos, quizzes, stories, templates, and branded assets.* Conduct on‐site content gathering: filming, interviews, photo sessions, and coverage of events.* Write captions, sequences, and short narratives that highlight culture, achievements,



and employee experiences.* Edit videos and images to ensure professional, on‐brand publication standards.### Publishing & Channel Management* Execute content posting according to the established grill, ensuring timely and accurate publication.* Monitor performance of posts and recommend improvements for future content strategies.* Support engagement activities and internal campaigns on Viva Engage.### Benchmarking & Creative Research* Conduct ongoing benchmarking of corporate and employer‐branding accounts (local and general).* Identify trends, creative best practices, and inspiration to enhance brand presence.* Provide recommendations to innovate formats and storytelling approaches.## What Success Looks LikeBy the end of the internship, you will have:* Increased visibility and engagement across Clarios’ social media channels.* Strengthened employer branding through consistent, creative, and high‐quality content.* Delivered a wel
