Position Overview
In this role, you will assist customers by responding to inquiries, providing information, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience. You’ll play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate information about services, policies, and offerings
- Assist customers with requests, updates, and general support
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues efficiently

Qualifications




- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer skills (email, messaging platforms, data entry)
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks
- Detail-oriented and dependable
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
