Finance Analyst supporting Amazon's Mexico Payments business, responsible for financial planning, forecasting, and controllership activities. The role involves building and maintaining P&L; models across payment products and programs, supporting month‑end close and reconciliation, preparing variance analyses, and contributing to governance mechanisms such as Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs) and Monthly Financial Reviews (MFRs). The analyst will partner with Product, Risk, Accounting, BizOps, and Compliance teams to ensure data accuracy and deliver actionable insights on payment performance, cost of payments (COP), and payment mix optimization. This is an entry‑level role suited for recently qualified Finance, Engineering, or Accounting graduates.

Key Job Responsibilities
- Financial Planning & Forecasting: Build and maintain P&L; models for products and programs across the MX Payments portfolio; support monthly and quarterly planning cycles with forecasts and variance analyses.
- Business Partnering: Partner with key business stakeholders,



including the Amazon Payments product and commercial teams, to align financial and operational analyses, challenge assumptions, and drive data‑driven decision‑making. Build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment on financial and business goals.
