Funciones y Responsabilidades Principales / Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

- Respetar y adherirse a la misión y comportamientos fundamentales de Greatbatch.
- Adherirse a todos los requerimientos de seguridad industrial y calidad.
- Realiza funciones supervisadas y auto dirigidas en el desarrollo de proyectos.
- Planeación, ejecución y control de actividades relacionadas a su proyecto.
- Selección, adecuación y mejora de puntos críticos en proyectos definidos. (Bajo consulta de su supervisor).
- Proveer apoyo técnico en relación a su proyecto establecido.
- Colaborar con su departamento y demás personal de trabajo para identificar, definir y resolver problemas.
- Puede crear documentación cuando sea requerido.
- Apoya en la actualización y análisis de información en los diferentes sistemas.
- Participar en proyectos de mejora en procesos de su área.
- Participa en el desarrollo de herramientas que apoyan los procesos de su área.
- Se coordina con los diferentes niveles y departamentos de la organización para la obtener información base que se utilizara en los proyectos de mejora del departamento.
- Realiza otras funciones según se requiera.

Requerimiento del Puesto / Job Requirements

- Educación Mínima / Minimum Education: Estudiando últimos semestres de carrera universitaria de Ingenieria




- Experiencia Mínima / Minimum Experience: En herramientas compatibles a su disciplina. Estudiante de disciplina acorde al área solicitada.
- Conocimiento Especializado / Specialized Knowledge: Microsoft Office
- Habilidades Especiales / Special Skills: Bilingüe: Ingles/Español (Deseable)
