We need a D365 Supply Chain & Operations Trainer to deliver structured training for warehouse, procurement, planning, and logistics functions. The consultant will work closely with operations teams to drive hands‑on system adoption.

Scope of Modules:

- Warehouse Management
- Inventory Management
- Procurement & Sourcing
- Master Planning
- Product Information Management (PIM)
- Transportation Management
- Handheld / Mobile WMS flows
- Docentric (document templates)

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver bilingual (Spanish/English) training across SCM & WMS areas.
- Run Day‑in‑the‑Life simulations for warehouse and procurement users.
- Develop job aids, SOPs, and floor‑level training materials.
- Validate operational workflows with functional leads.

Experience Required:

- 5–10 years D365 SCM/Warehouse/Production experience.
- Strong knowledge of handheld scanner flows (WMS mobile).
- Experience delivering functional training to operations teams.
- Ability to map real-world warehouse processes to D365.
