Descripción
Warehouse Operations & Leadership
- Lead daily operations including receiving, put‑away, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and material flow.
- Manage warehouse activities across different sites
- Ensure efficient flow of raw materials, MRO, and finished goods.
- Optimize warehouse layout, capacity, and material handling systems, including ongoing automation initiatives.
- Guarantee timely delivery of materials to Production in a fast-paced, demand-driven environment.
- Lead warehouse supervisors and managers, ensuring alignment with operational goals and KPIs.
Inventory & Systems Management
- Own and ensure inventory accuracy for a high‑value inventory portfolio.
- Oversee cycle counts, investigations, and corrective actions for discrepancies.
- Drive root‑cause resolution rather than temporary fixes.
- Utilize ERP/WMS tools (SAP required) to monitor transactions and ensure system integrity.
- Improve accuracy, throughput, and material availability to production lines.
Perfil buscado
Required Qualifications (Must Have)
- 10+ years of experience in complex warehouse operations management.
- At least 5 years serving as a Warehouse Manager in a large or highly structured organization.
- Proven ability to operate in high‑demand, high‑mix, and high‑volume environments.
- Strong expertise in inventory control, cycle counting, and root‑cause analysis for discrepancies.
- Hands‑on experience with SAP (mandatory).
- Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
- Demonstrated leadership at a senior managerial level, with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams and corporate stakeholders.
- Strong execution and problem‑solving mindset; able to stabilize operations, drive improvements, and perform under pressure.
- Background in electronics manufacturing or similarly fast‑paced industries (highly preferred).
- Experience managing warehouses for Raw Materials, MRO, and Finished Goods.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in fast‑growth or ramp‑up environments.
- Proven experience leading multi‑site warehouse operations.
- Exposure to automation projects, smart racking systems, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Professional certifications such as CPIM, CSCP, Lean, Six Sigma.
- Experience collaborating closely with corporate or integral leadership teams.
