The Impact You'll Make

As ourOrder Fulfillment Representative, you’ll play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience by ensuring customer requirements, order priorities, and delivery commitments are met with speed, accuracy, and collaboration. You will act as a key connection point between customers, CSR teams, and internal functions to support smooth and efficient order fulfillment operations.

Your impact? You will help improve on-time delivery performance, strengthen customer relationships, and support operational excellence by proactively managing orders, escalations, and communication across the organization.

You’ll collaborate withSupply Chain, Logistics, Production, Shipping, Buyers, and Customer Service teams, taking ownership oforder tracking, customer communication, and fulfillment coordination, helping us move toward a morecustomer-focused and efficient future.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Coordinatewith Supply Chain, Logistics, Production, and Shipping teams to ensure customer requirements and delivery commitments are achieved.
- SupportCSR teams and customers by responding to inquiries, providing order updates, and managing escalations through multiple communication channels.
- Monitororder status, shipment schedules,



and On-Time Delivery performance to ensure proactive follow-up and issue resolution.
- Collaboratewith production planners and buyers to align production priorities, raw material availability, and customer delivery expectations.
- Analyzecustomer forecasts, order trends, and demand changes to support proactive planning and continuous service improvement.

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor’s degree inBusiness or related field.
- Proven experiencein a customer service, order fulfillment, or supply chain environment.
- Familiarity withSAP, Microsoft Office, and order management processes.
- Strong communication skills inEnglish, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong customer relationships.
- A mindset ofproblem-solving, attention to detail, multitasking, and customer focusin a fast-paced environment.
