Lead Entry Intern

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Lead Entry Intern to join our team. In this role, you will support our marketing operations by ensuring accurate and up-to-date lead data within Salesforce (SFDC). This is a great opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in data management and marketing systems within a general environment.

Responsibilities

- Enter new leads and contacts into SFDC with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Update and clean existing lead and contact records.
- Research missing or outdated information to maintain data quality.
- Assist with data migration and lead management projects.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data privacy standards.

Qualifications

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Good organizational and time management skills.




- Interest in learning marketing operations and CRM tools such as SFDC.

Preferred

- Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC) or other CRM systems.
- Interest in marketing operations or data management.
- Proactive mindset and willingness to learn in a fast‑paced environment.

Requirements

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred).
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Mexican Registro Federal de Contribuyentes (RFC) required.
