Responsibilities
The Opportunity
The main purpose of the role is to centralize and ensure US portfolio services for payroll catalogue leveraging Standard Model of Incidences Consolidation Process ensuring service delivery and SLA fulfilment as well as implementing initiatives that raise standards, efficiency and effectiveness.
Your Impact
- Collect and analyze data related to employee performance such as: Volume of Tickets, SLA compliance, Accuracy of processing.
- Analyze, Document, Audit and Validate payroll services:
- Ensure payroll meets operation controls by comparing sources of data to confirm matching values according to pay rules, policies & regulations.
- Conciliate and document process deliverables for audit preparation
- Provide feedback to HR, Managers and Team Members regarding any identified issue.
- Develop solutions (automation, training materials or resources) that provides better customer service.
- Understand service delivery requirements to guarantee Service Level Agreements.
