We are hiring a SAP Sales Manager based in Mexico to lead our SAP business across LATAM. This high‑impact role involves building trusted relationships with CXOs, delivering value through SAP‑powered transformation, and owning the region’s growth.

Responsibilities
- Drive SAP business growth across LATAM by developing new opportunities and expanding existing client relationships.
- Build long‑term, trust‑based relationships with key clients, decision‑makers, partners, and SAP.
- Develop and execute account and territory plans aligned with Westernacher's business objectives.
- Identify client needs and position tailored SAP solutions that deliver measurable business value.
- Manage key accounts and drive growth through up‑selling and cross‑selling opportunities.
- Collaborate with SAP practice leaders and delivery teams to ensure successful solution positioning and delivery.




- Support commercial activities, including proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), pricing, and contract negotiations.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and account plans using CRM tools.
- Represent Westernacher in customer meetings, industry events, and SAP‑related activities.

Requirements
- Relevant university degree.
- 6+ years of experience in SAP sales, business development, key account management, or SAP consulting.
- Proven experience selling SAP services within LATAM, with a solid understanding of the regional business environment.
- Experience building and managing relationships with senior business stakeholders and decision‑makers.
- Strong background as an SAP consultant or delivery professional with hands‑on project experience.
- Solid presales capabilities, including solution positioning, value articulation, and proposal development.
- Familiarity with SAP Digital Supply Chai
