Senior Executive Leadership Role — Regulatory & Clinical Authority
Holistic Bio Spa® — a world-class regenerative medicine clinic with over 20 years of clinical excellence in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico — is seeking a senior healthcare leader to own the integrity and performance of our clinical operations.

We operate under our proprietary Medicine 4.0® framework, delivering advanced protocols including stem cell therapy, exosomes, peptides, plasmapheresis, and neuro-regenerative treatments. Our patient base is primarily international — traveling from the United States and Canada — with treatment programs ranging from $20,000 to $50,000 USD.

Director of Clinical and Administrative Operations
- Direct report to Owner & CEO
- On-site, Puerto Vallarta
- Full-time

This is not a supervisory role. It is the executive authority for clinical integrity across the organization — responsible for governance, compliance, team leadership, and operational excellence at the highest standard.

Required qualifications
- Healthcare degree with active professional license (Medicine, Nursing,



or Health Administration)
- 10+ years of experience in hospital or high-end private clinical environments
- 5–7 years in senior clinical or hospital administrative leadership
- Proven track record in clinical governance, SOPs, audits, and regulatory compliance
- Strong command of Mexican health regulations (COFEPRIS / SSA)
- Advanced bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
