Resumen
The Accounts Payable Lead (AP Lead) will perform daily tasks/responsibilities focused on administering, designing and ensuring compliance with accounts payable processes including:



Invoice charge verification (including applicable discounts) vs. purchase orders; Verification that goods and services purchased have been received; Confirmation of purchase approval; Payment authorization and processing; Reconciliation of accounts payable ledgers to identify improper charges, validate transactions, and ensure accurate and timely payment of amounts due and set an example to the AP team. The AP Lead will meet with the AP team on a regular basis, either as a group or individually as needed, and assist with any issues or problems that arise. The AP Lead will also determine if a Specialist will need to be involved for additional assistance. This role will mentor less‑experienced team members within the AP team.
