The Logistics Operations Analyst will play a crucial role within CEVA Mexico, located in Apodaca-Monterrey.



This role is fundamental in coordinating and managing transportation bookings to ensure an efficient, timely, and cost-effective execution of shipments. Acting as a key link between carriers, suppliers, and internal teams, the Logistics Operations Analyst supports the day-to-day 4PL operations, sustaining high service levels for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of transportation and shipment details into logistics management systems, maintaining data integrity and accessibility.
- Monitor shipment statuses proactively and communicate any updates promptly to clients and stakeholders, fostering transparency and trust.
- Collaborate closely with carriers and suppliers to resolve and address any issues, delays, or discrepancies related to transportation bookings to minimise operational disruptions.
- Verify compliance with all necessary documentation requirements including Bills of Lading (BOL), invoice
