OverviewWe are looking for a highly driven Sales Executive to join a fast‑growing AI technology company transforming healthcare across Latin America. This role is idóneo for someone who thrives in outbound sales, enjoys building relationships from scratch, and wants to own the entire sales cycle while helping clinics and hospitals adopt cutting‑edge AI solutions.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Generate new business primarily through outbound prospecting.
- Identify and engage decision‑makers within clinics, hospitals, and healthcare organizations.
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand customer challenges and business needs.
- Deliver product demonstrations and communicate business value to prospective clients.
- Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close new business opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Customer Success, and Operations to ensure smooth customer handoffs.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets.




- Provide market insights and customer feedback to help improve the product and sales strategy.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in B2B outbound sales.
- Proven experience managing the complete sales process from prospecting through closing.
- Experience selling SaaS, software, technology, AI, HealthTech, FinTech, or other complex B2B solutions.
- Strong outbound prospecting skills and experience identifying key decision‑makers.
- Experience managing opportunities through a CRM.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced startup environment with high ownership and autonomy.
- Fluent English and Spanish.

Nice to Have
- Experience selling to healthcare organizations, clinics, or hospitals.
- Experience selling enterprise or mid‑market solutions.
- Familiarity with AI, automation, or workflow technologies.

Compensation
- On‑Target Earnings (OTE): USD$6,000/m
