What’s this position about?You’ll work at the intersection of campaign execution and reporting integrity. Your understanding of trafficking across platforms such as CM360 will help ensure campaigns are launched cleanly, tracked accurately, and reported clearly. You’ll work closely with our US- and Mexico-based media strategists, ad ops, and analytics leads to streamline processes, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve how our campaigns run and report.
What you’ll do
- Understand the objectives and structure of media plans to support campaign setup and trafficking needs.
- Execute trafficking in CM360, IAS, and biddable platforms,



ensuring accurate tracking and clean handoff from planning.
- Run weekly processor jobs, perform QA on incoming data, and identify discrepancies or breakdowns in the ETL flow.
- Assist in building Excel-based reporting templates and dashboards, and QA data outputs for accuracy and consistency.
- Work with ad ops to monitor web analytics platforms to support campaign measurement and troubleshooting (GA4, Adobe Analytics, etc.).
- Review creative specs for media partners and match platform billing with campaign performance reports.

Additionally, provide overflow support for teams across the agency with additional trafficking needs, identify opportunities to streamline trafficking and data QA workflows, and document and codify best practices and create internal guides or training decks for new tools/platforms. You’ll earn certifications across platforms and stay current with platform updates to help the team maintain a high level of technical competen
