Quality Methods Leader
- Ensure compliance with company systems and operational standards, includingIATF 16949, VDA, ISO 14001, ISO, and othercustomer-specific requirements, while contributing tocontinuous system improvement
- Act as themain quality interface with OEM customers, ensuring clear communication, strong relationship management, and alignment withcustomer-specific requirements
- Manage and follow up oncustomer claims and first quality issues, ensuring rapid analysis, corrective actions, and proper communication with internal teams and the customer
- Support the implementation and communication of thequality policy and departmental quality objectives, ensuring employees are aligned with procedures, customer expectations, and internal standards
- Plan and implementminimum control methods and criteriafor products delivered to customers and for processes and inputs used in product realization, consideringcost, existing test methods, procedures, process structures, product reliability, and compliance with customer specifications
- Collaborate closely withTrade teams,



Project departments, and Customer Representativesto ensure effective quality planning, monitor its effectiveness, and revise it when necessary
- Monitor and reportcustomer feedback and complaintsrelated to product performance to relevant departments and actively participate in initiatives aimed at reducingcustomer complaints and internal/external quality costs
- Monitor and assurefulfillmentand compliance withCustomer Specific Requirements
- Review, revise, and createquality instructions and procedureswhen necessary to ensureproduct performance and life-cycle test requirementsare met and to prevent recurrence of customer issues
