Overview




- The primary objective of the Mexico Site Lead is to develop and execute the strategy for establishing and scaling Lab49’s Delivery Center in the country. This role is critical to ensuring the successful growth of delivery capabilities and the consistent satisfaction of our clients. The adecuado candidate will possess deep knowledge of the local talent market and cultural landscape, strong IT delivery and account management experience, a solid grasp of operational processes, and exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- In addition to building out the country presence, this role includes leading complex, high-impact projects that drive transformative change for our top-tier financial services clients. The Mexico Site Lead will work closely with Lab49’s global delivery team and senior leadership.
