Job Summary
Consistently demonstrates leadership qualities that enables teams to deliver via effective Lean-Agile practices. Coordinates with internal and external teams to resolve dependencies, identify and eliminate impediments, and facilitate flow. Places focus on continually improving team dynamics and performance while assisting the team in managing interpersonal conflicts,



challenges, and exploit opportunities for team growth. Provides ongoing coaching and of Lean-Agile Principles and ensure teams maintain a Lean-Agile Mindset.
