What This Role Will Do
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to production teams, freelancers, and venue partners across multiple simultaneous projects.
- Lead and mentor production staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.




- Serve as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and clients to ensure alignment on production goals and deliverables.
- Responsible for all on-stage, backstage, and other technical and site planning details of events.
- Leverage deep knowledge of venue operations, union and labor protocols, technical systems, and safety standards to make informed decisions and mitigate risks.
- Include advancing and obtaining technical information, including venue details, production needs, rider requirements, staging and event capacity changes.
- Develop and maintain relative documents including production and site drawings, on-sale layouts, timelines, schedules and artist technical riders.
- Ensure all production elements are executed on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
