We are building a high-performance sales team in Mexico and are hiring disciplined, commission-driven closers who expect to be paid based on results.

This is not an entry-level role. This is a performance seat inside a scaling U.S. company.

What You Can Earn

$1,000 USD fixed monthly base

Tiered commission paid on gross revenue

After ramp (first 90 days): $2,500 – $3,500/month expected

High performers: $5,000+/month realistic

Top-tier closers: $7,000+/month achievable

Highest single month earned to date : ~$9,500 USD

100K Club

Close $100,000+ in gross revenue in a month and receive:

$500 flat bonus

Schedule

Monday – Friday

U.S. holidays observed

Full-time (45 hours/week)

Attendance is strictly monitored. Daily meetings are mandatory. Professional webcam presence required.

Training & Ramp

2-week intensive onboarding and systems training (unpaid)

Commission eligible immediately once closing begins

Base salary begins in Month 2

Most dedicated closers can surpass $3,000+ in Month 2

This training period is designed to ensure only serious professionals move forward.

The Sales Environment

Inbound + outbound opportunity

Performance Standards

You are expected to operate at professional sales levels.

KPI Benchmarks (per pay period):

1,000 dials

15 hours talk time

5 closed deals





Base salary is reserved for professionals who meet performance standards (meet 2 of 3 KPIs).

Monthly quota: $20,000+ gross revenue

Average committed reps close $40k–$60k monthly.

Performance is evaluated on both activity and revenue — results matter most.

Underperformance results in a 30-day Performance Improvement Plan before separation.

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

Native-level U.S. English fluency (spoken and written)

Commission-based sales experience (B2C preferred)

Full-cycle closing experience

High self-discipline and independence
